We believe that the great commission commands the Christian to cross the street and go to the uttermost. To cross both cultural and language barriers right here at home and abroad.

The Spanish Ministry, Iglesia Bautista El Calvario, is an evangelistic arm of Calvary Baptist Church and since 1997 we have ministered to our Hispanic neighbors, reaching many for Christ.

Our Spanish ministry has programs to meet the needs of our adults, youth, and young children. We provide a nursery during every service for infants through three-year-olds. We also have a bus route to pick up children and those who have need of transportation.

As of March 27, 2005, our ministry location has moved. We are now meeting at our new facility located at 5814 Stanleyville Drive, Rural Hall, NC 27045. Our phone number is now (336) 377-9562.

In April, 2006 the Spanish ministry was organized into its own independent baptist church for Spanish speaking people.

Our desire is to reach our Hispanic neighbors with the gospel of Jesus Christ, and bring them to spiritual maturity. We trust that you will pray with us and for us as we labor together.
