Ladies Ministries

The Ladies Fellowship is a great place to relax, laugh, listen, and learn with other women, as well as build new friendships. We desire that this ministry to ladies will enable each of us to build closer relationships with other ladies and most importantly a closer relationship with the Lord. You do not have to be a member of the church to attend. We welcome all friends, relatives, and visitors to our fellowships.

The ladies meet in March, May, July, October, November and December. In May we hold our annual Mother/Daughter Banquet. In July we have a Ladies Pool Party. In November we have our annual shopping trip. the activities of the evening include a prayer time, devotion, a game and food. Our themes for the upcoming year are:

March-"A Fruitful Spring"

Our desire is that you will find a special place among our ladies. We want to serve you and be a blessing to you. We hope that you will make every effort to attend our fellowships and become a part of this vital ministry to ladies. Please contact the church office if you have any questions.

The Ladies without Partners group began because Pastor Baker and the single ladies of our church believed it was needful for ladies of our church who did not have partners (whether through death, divorce, separation or being single) to meet and fellowship together and be a blessing to each other. They share their burdens and blessings with others who have gone through many of the same trials. On February 14, 1992 the first meeting took place at the home of Wanda Dotson.

The ladies meet the first Friday of every month and are hosted by one of the ladies in the group. The ladies put together a pot luck dinner and a devotional is given. Two mystery trips a year are planned where the destination is not revealed until the trip is underway. The anniversary meeting is held every February 14.
